I started social media in 2014 with a simple fitness challenge that I wanted to document my progress over. It started with a simple share about my own personal life and insights into my career and home life and slowly but surely I created my own "brand": the girl who likes to talk about poop!! After successfully launching my own pilates business and growing my following across different social media platformsand leaving my full-time nursing role, I'm sharing my business model that has given me the freedom for more time and a life full of flexibility (yes, that was me trying to use a pilates pun!!).
I'm so proud of this simple yet effective program, where we actually get to work one-on-one, for an affordable price; because I know you're only starting out and I was you once. I didn't have the money for a VA, a website; let alone a business coach who would charge $$$ that I just didn't have when I was starting out.
